Do I need to install any Software?

No. AutoConnect AI is a web-based platform accessible from any modern browser, and is also available as a native iOS/Android app. There is nothing to install on your dealership's computers.

Our rule-based and AI-enhanced scoring engine evaluates each lead's credit profile, income, employment stability, down payment, and recency to produce a 0-100 'hotness' score. The score is displayed as a badge on each lead and can be sorted and filtered so your team can prioritize the hottest prospects first.

What file formats can leads be imported from?

You can import leads from ADF/XML, CSV, HTML, and PDF files. The AI extraction pipeline parses each file, enriches the records with default values and lead scores, and previews the data before bulk-inserting it into your Consumer database.

Can leads be pushed back to the CRM

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a CRM connection is active, lead scores and scoring analysis are included in the data pushed to your CRM using provider-specific field mappings for DealerTrack, Reynolds and Reynolds, VinSolutions, eLead, and CDK.

Are the Credit scores real Credit Bureau scores?

Accepted Answer

No. AutoConnect AI generates predictive credit estimates based on the information you provide about a consumer. We are not a Consumer Reporting Agency under the FCRA and do not pull credit bureau reports on your behalf. Any credit-related decisions must comply with the FCRA, ECOA, and applicable fair lending laws.

What does the Predictive Approval Rate mean?

The predicted approval rate is an AI-generated estimate of the likelihood a given consumer would be approved for financing, based on their profile and the lender criteria in our network. It is a planning tool to help you prioritize leads and match them to the right lenders — not a guarantee of approval.

Predictions are estimates based on the data available and the models we have trained. They are most useful for prioritization and matching, and should not be the sole basis for a credit or financing decision. The more complete the consumer data, the better the prediction quality.

How does Smart Matching pair consumers to vehicles?

Smart Matching combines a consumer's predicted credit profile, budget, monthly payment target, down payment, and vehicle preferences with your live inventory to recommend the best-fit vehicles. Both a rule-based pass and an AI-enhanced recommendation are provided so you can compare results.

Can I match a consumer to a vehicle manually?

Yes. From Vehicle Inventory you can select any vehicle and run a match against a chosen consumer profile, and from Smart Matching you can select a consumer and review ranked vehicle recommendations side by side.

Does matching consider inventory status?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Only available vehicles are included in matching by default. Vehicles marked as pending or sold are excluded so your team doesn't present unavailable inventory.

What is the Lender Network?

The Lender Network is your managed directory of financing partners — banks, credit unions, finance companies, and manufacturer captive lenders. Each lender stores its credit score range, loan amount range, interest rate range, terms, and approval speed so the matching engine can pair consumers with the right lender.

How are loan offers generated?

When you run financing for a matched consumer and vehicle, the system generates loan offers based on the consumer's profile, the vehicle price, down payment, and the lender's criteria. Each offer includes loan amount, interest rate, term, monthly payment, and an estimated approval probability.

Can a dealership add their own lender?

Yes. Use the 'Add Lender' dialog on the Lender Network page to add a new financing partner with their criteria and contact information. Active lenders are automatically included in matching.

We support two-way sync with DealerTrack, Reynolds and Reynolds, VinSolutions, e-Lead, CDK, Salesforce Automotive Cloud and many other. Each connection can be configured with its own sync frequency, field mappings, and push/pull settings.

What data syncs to the CRM?

Depending on your sync settings, we can push new leads, lead scores, AI analysis activities, vehicle matches, and loan offers, and pull updates back from the CRM. Every sync operation is logged in the CRM Sync Log for auditability.

Sync frequency is configurable per connection (default is every 15 minutes). You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from the CRM Integrations page.

Is our data secure?

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security monitoring to protect your data. Access to consumer and lead data is restricted to authorized users within your dealership.

Who owns the data a dealership uploads?

You retain ownership of the consumer data you submit. AutoConnect AI processes that data on your behalf as a service provider to deliver the platform's features, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Can a dealership delete our data?

Yes. You can delete consumer records, vehicles, lenders, and CRM connections from within the app. On account termination, retained data is removed or anonymized in accordance with our retention policy.
