This Privacy Policy describes how AutoConnect AI Predictive Solutions, LLC ("AutoConnect AI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website, web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").We provide AI-driven predictive credit modeling, lead generation and scoring, vehicle-to-consumer matching, lender network matching, financing optimization, and CRM integrations for automobile dealerships and related automotive businesses. By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, you must not access or use the Services. This Privacy Policy applies to two categories of individuals: (a) our Customers — the dealerships, dealer groups, and authorized users who subscribe to and use the Services; and (b) Consumers — individuals whose information is processed through the Services in connection with a potential vehicle purchase or financing application.

2. Information We Collect

Customer Information: When you register for an account or subscribe to the Services, we collect your name, business name, dealership information, email address, phone number, billing and payment information, and usage data regarding how you interact with the Services. Consumer Information: Our Customers submit, import, or generate Consumer information through the Services, which may include names, contact details (email, phone, address), employment information, income and housing data, credit-related information, vehicle preferences, and financing details. We process this information as a data processor on behalf of our Customers. Automatically Collected Information: We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent, and other usage analytics. Information from Integrations: When a Customer connects a third-party CRM or Dealer Management System (such as DealerTrack, Reynolds and Reynolds, VinSolutions, eLead, or CDK), we may receive and exchange data in accordance with the Customer's configuration and the third-party provider's terms.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use Customer information to: (a) provide, operate, and maintain the Services; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; (d) personalize and improve the Services; and (e) comply with legal obligations. We use Consumer information, on behalf of and at the direction of our Customers, to: (a) generate AI-driven credit predictions, lead scores, and vehicle matches; (b) facilitate financing and lender matching; (c) sync data with connected CRM systems; and (d) provide the analytics and reporting features of the Services. We use automatically collected information to monitor usage, detect and prevent fraud, ensure security, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the performance and functionality of the Services. We may use aggregated, de-identified, and anonymized data derived from the use of the Services to improve our AI Models, develop new features, conduct analytics, and for research purposes, provided that such data cannot be used to identify any individual Consumer or Customer.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and to use it only for the purposes for which we engage them. CRM and Lender Integrations: At a Customer's direction, Consumer and lead data may be shared with connected CRM systems and lender partners as part of the matching and financing features. This sharing is governed by the Customer's configuration and the applicable third-party terms. Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of any person, or to investigate or prevent fraud or security issues. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections of this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect and process. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and unauthorized access, hacking, or other breaches may occur despite our efforts. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, remediate, and notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain Customer information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. After account termination, we may retain certain information for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consumer information is retained for the duration of the Customer's subscription and for a limited period thereafter, as configured by the Customer or as required by applicable law. Customers may request deletion of their Consumer data prior to termination through the export and deletion features of the Services. We retain automatically collected usage data and analytics for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and similar state and federal laws.
These rights may include: (a) the right to access the personal information we hold about you; (b) the right to request correction of inaccurate information; (c) the right to request deletion of your personal information; (d) the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and (e) the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
For Consumer information processed on behalf of our Customers, requests should generally be directed to the dealership or business that collected the Consumer's information, as that business is the data controller responsible for responding to such requests. We will assist our Customers in fulfilling valid requests where required.
To exercise your rights regarding your own Customer account information, you may contact us using the information provided in the Contact section below. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to operate and improve the Services, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and deliver relevant content.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features of the Services. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Notice
AutoConnect AI is not a Consumer Reporting Agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The AI-generated credit scores, predicted approval rates, and other credit-related outputs produced by the Services are predictive estimates based on data provided by our Customers and are not consumer reports.
Our Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Consumer data and any credit-related decisions comply with the FCRA, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and all other applicable fair lending and consumer protection laws, including providing required disclosures and adverse action notices where applicable.
We do not obtain credit reports from credit bureaus on behalf of our Customers. Any credit bureau data used within the Services is provided directly by the Customer or through integrations the Customer has independently authorized.

10. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for use by businesses and authorized business representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly process Consumer information relating to minors.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action to delete such information.

11. International Data Transfers
The Services are primarily operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
